No.
Someone who is more legaly knowledgable than I might have to weigh in here but I would say that based on the terms and conditions of our contract with sprint their only recourse would be to cancel our vision service, not charge extra for however much data they determine to have been illegitimitely used.
We have unlimited use of sprints vision service. If they believe that someone is abusing it they may terminate that service and not allow you to sign up for it again, but there is no provision for charging someone selectively for some of their data usage. __________________
