One thing though, SMS was built into the OS of the G as well. Sprint disabled it. But Pocket PC 2002 had natice support for SMS. There were also several clients you could install to use SMS but none of them worked with the G1000 because of the way Sprint disabled it.
So that is what scares me about the 6700. Hopefully you're right though, and it's only because it was rushed and it's targeted for business. Hopefully when they release the consumer version it will have MMS.

What does that mean for the concumers getting the first round of 6700's if they are updated to work with SMS? |
