I've not had any problems (yet) with nweb. I certainly never had any fatal errors when using WebPro. For people who've seen that: did you use WebPro?

Yeah, I was generally aware of that... what I was really asking was whether the Treo browser also uses a proxy, meme pour le PPC, and whether we couldn't just use the same proxy.
The website that bombed for me on nweb was www.imdb.com, the Internet Movie Database. Just go there, lookup a movie and try to read its review info. All of it works fine on Blazer *and* WebPro, but resets nweb.
Mind you, that is really the first website I tried on nweb, but God knows what that means about other websites (I'm betting that nweb crashes *alot*). Certainly the other posted report here of random resets doesn't inspire confidence... |
