I can no longer connect / sync with my Outlook. I did not knowingly change any of the settings, but when I connect the USB cable, it only shows the white screen and does not connect. The error on the 7100v is "data connection refused". When starting the BB desktop Manager, it just hangs, and the Sync Now bar is greyed out.
I have tried running the Applicatio Loader but it cannot connect - saying to try the password. I do not have a password thst i am aware of.
Any ideas???
