Thanks for the reply. I don't have a palm directory under program files ... ? Weird thing about all this is that when I hit hotsync, it says "found new hardware: kyocera handheld". So it knows some stuff. It thinks it knows what driver to use even and then says it couldn't find a file and errors out. Very annoying.

I really don't know what to try next. Any other ideas?
