One thing we can learn from this scam though is that it looks like we can safely overclock the i700 to 700mhz. Or maybe it isn't safe and they don't care because they don't provide any warranty or support. I wouldn't want to be the first to do it cuz i'm not rich, but if anyone else wants to figure out how to overclock, do it, see if their phone keeps working for a while, and tell the rest of us how to do it, that'd be great.
