On the CD that came with the Palm is a program called the Palm Conduits for Outlook. You sync the Palm with Outlook and then sync Outlook with the BlackBerry (either Wireless Sync if you are on v4 or using Intellisync via Desktop Manager).
Palm -> Outlook -> BlackBerry
