Mine is perfect and has not lost any grip and I have never heard of that happening to anyone.

The Seidio case was not a collapsible case and it was made with a slick liner that worked very well and did not grab the skinned treo except for the deal with the case itself being held only by a small plastic rivet which allowed the case to cant which would cause difficulty removing any phone.
