any drivers for your serial port would be install with windows. Along with that you could try and reinstalling the software. Like I said I'd install it on another PC and see if it works. If it does then the issue lies with your PC, if it doesn't work then chances are its the cradle. The instructions say to have your PC off when you plug it in and then power up. I just plugged it in and installed the software, never had to power off first. Its a small serial connections too, if you have to get a mouse that is serial and try it. Troubleshoot the problem.
