Corn, thanks for your input. I had basically no extra software on my phone other than flash and adobe. The only thing that causing a connection was when I downloaded e-mail or browsed the web.

It is sad that this $500 business phone is considered a toy by anyone. Surely a patch could be created that would make it reliable for receiving calls?
