for PRL, you can send it the the phone using a laptop with INFRD

Keep in mind you will have to change the structure fo the PRL to EVDO. USing a program called QPST, you can download off the internet from sites .. do a google search. QPST has a PRL Editor

enter ##PRL and upload the prl the same and restart
