If your carrier can give you the PRL in a file format, you can load it into your phone from the ##PST screen.

If your carrier cannot give you the PRL in a file format, you are stuck. [This is similar to the discussion Dan and some others were having about using a SPRINT phone on Verizon and vice versa].
