I tried out my PPC6601 with a large number of headsets while I was at CES - it only worked well with a few. I would find it hard to believe that so many companies were were demoing headsets with a lot of snap crackle and pop and pairing issues. I find it more likely that the issue lies with this phone.

It seems that if you read the number of posts on pairing issues and which headsets actually work with the PPC6601 you'll get the drift.

As far as receiving calls; at least once a week my phone doesn't ring and an hour later or so I'll get notice that I have missed a call or have a voice message. These occur without me leaving the location I'm in. There are no dead spots in any of these locations so it leads me to believe the issue is with the phone. If you do a search - you will find others experiencing the same issue.

Now I may have a dud phone - I'll be getting a replacement on Monday but since so many other people are having similar issues while some are not, I either have to think it was a either a batch of bad phones or an issue that can be resolved with a firmware update.
