Fortunately for you, all your answers are out there, and by the time you find them and read them, you will be somewhat more educated and MAYBE safer. In other words, if you use "search" and bother to spend the time, you will be there and get to do all these upgrades/updates (and you'll know the difference).

Sure, I could explain it, and point you to the three procedures. I'm normally quick to do that... but in this case I am leery [edited] and I don't want to be on any end of a phone call or email.
