Are you sure you are looking in the right spot? To see the disconnect option, you need to tap the signal bars (not the black Vision arrows) and a bubble will pop up with the option to disconnect as well as the duration of the connection. You will only see this option in the bubble if you are connected to Vision. If not, then you will see the #777 option (and tapping on that will connect you to Vision).

Im confused because on my 6600 to see the pop up window, I need to click on the white horizontial arrows next to the signal strength indicator
