HELP! I used the Quick Skin Kit...I made my .bmp saved in 256 colors, made the .rcp file, put it into a prc....hotsynced the prc...but my skin still looks the same!!!!!!!!!

What did I miss? Is there something I have to do on the the Palm to get rid of the stock skin? Help!
