you know what? I have seen quite a bit of posts here in our forum as well as other mpx220 forums on free sites to unlock the mpx220 but none worked for them at all.

mr. moderator actually does a good job in helping the members here to get their locked mpx220 to unlock.

i suggest that you go thru the whole forum and look for that post. its here...

also, you can ask mr. moderator to help you out. he has great connections with Cingular (yeah its true - ask him)...

one of the many suggestions that i have seen in this forum is to call cingular and tell them that you need to use your mpx220 outside of the US. Tell them that you will need to use your phone when you travel to Japan for business lets say... This actually works for one of the members here...

i have to tell you that our moderator here goes out of his normal moderator job to help out the members here. he personally calls cingular to find the fixes to the various problems of the mpx220.

so i suggest for you to search the whole forum on your problem. trust me, its here...
