Ehud - After I read your post, I checked my registry for the setting, where you had said ..

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\PhoneExtendFunction\CDMA\FlightModeSwitch to 0

But, mine is set to 1. I don't know if that helps!!!
