I had trouble pairing mine too. Make sure you hold both +/- in to get it in pairing mode. Try different distances and environments (away from compute for example).
Sometimes had to try several times, clicking back and next, toggle bluetooth etc. Once paired it was fine. I was suprised other folks never had problems pairing.

Thanks. Mine's working great except for the fact the earpeice doesn't fit properly in my ear, making it hard to hear the speaker; and if it doesnt have line of sight I get popcorn-style popping sounds. |
