I just got my new i500 and am having a great deal of difficulty in being able to hot synch my phone with the cradle. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. When I look at the small metal pins on my charger and cradle it appears that some are missing. Does anyone know what the "correct" number of pins should be.

My charger has only 5

My cradle has only 16
