There is a later 3500 patch I uploaded last night.
You CAN get memory errors with 3500 Build (whether you install 3100 first or not). I can create a memory error at will and I so happened to have 3100 build first. 3100 has nothing to do with it.
The latest patch is very close to what a new PDA2K ROM would put on your phone. And they do not install 3100 first. The ROM includes a sequence of patches.
I believe I described what causes the memory errors in the long patch thread.
I believe the latest patch fixes the delayed connects from sleep.
And I think you can avoid the memory errors (read the other thread).
