XV6600. [full backup]

Installed patch. Turn bluetooth on - insufficient memory, perform normal reset.

Performed normal reset. Turn bluetooth on - insufficient memory, perform normal reset.

Performed hard reset. Reapply patch.
Turn Bluetooth on:
"BTTrayCE: Sorry! Bluetooth can no longer be used because the license is expired."

Perform hard reset.
Restore from backup.

The driver portion did appear to load... it's the app that won't start.
