I've paired both a BT200 and BT250 with little difficulty. You are corrrect, the enhanced features cannot be used.

However, my Jabra's stay connected at all times; whether charging, or off the charger. The only thing that requires a "reconnection" is if I leave my desk with my Jabra on and walk out of range of the 6315.

When I get back I goto the iPAQ Wireless window and turn the Bluetooth off and back on. Then I'm reconnected.
