Yeah, it doesn't use the handsfree profile... and the repairing after charging thing is typical for PPC phones, but not for "normal" cell phones like my Motorola v600. As soon as I turn it on it immediately pairs with my HS820 headset.
I have switched from the BT200 to the HS820 and am happy I did so. It seems to pair better and work normally with all of my cell phones w/BT (and the quirks with PPC phones being normal, but getting better as BT patches are being released.)
