Go to Ipaq Wireless application.
Turn on Bluetooth if necessary.
Click on Manger.
Click on New, and add a shortcut for Activesync.
After that, you can just click on the shortcut from the Manager window.
It works like a charm for me. I don't cradle any more at all.
