I just got the HP BT foldable keyboard. I've had wired and IR keyboards on a succession of Palm devices and on the XDA, and the HP BT keyboard is the best I have ever used. The keys are full-sized and full-action, and they have the alt-key accented-character combinations printed on them. There's a numbers row. Although the space bar is split in two, there's only the slightest gap between the halves, so it feels like one continuous bar while touch-typing. BT is a real advantage: it lets you reposition the keyboard on a crowded table or use it when the iPaq is cradled.
Geez, I'm beginning to sound like an HP marketing guy, but seriously, I tend to be very cynical about PDA keyboards -- each tend to have a tragic flaw (small keys, awkward layout, no number or arrow keys, poor connectivity, sometimes all of the above) -- and this one manages to avoid all that.
