Success:
Can use 6315 as a BT Modem from my laptop using a cheap $18 BAFO dongle that I bought in the same order as the Headset.
Failure:
Can't get Activesync to work via BT. Doesn't recognize device. The serial ports for the BT dongle are 8 and 9 and when I try to change, there are other things already dedicated to different ports.
Failure:
When trying to use PAN, I can get an IP address, but can't use the BT through the laptop to connect to the internet.
Thoughts?

I guess you bought from eCost,
I bought the BT250 + Bafo Dongle combination from them (in the same order), I thought it was worth mentioning..
