Mine went back last Friday. The deal killer for me is the lack of a standard button layout. This unit is almost impossible to use one handed. I've decided I'm giving up on the PPC phone. No one can seem to make a unit that makes sense. All the technology they pack into these things and they can't even put standard PPC buttons on them.
I bought the PalmOne Treo 600 with GSM. So far, I'm glad that I did. Hands down it's a "smarter" smartphone. Easy to use one handed, quad band, 6 hour battery life. It does what I need a smartphone to do. PalmOne was quick to update the OS on the system, unlike Samsung with the I700 and I600. Perhaps when the the MPX is out, I'll go back to a PPC phone. It looks like a sensible unit both size and keyboard. If not, I'll stick with my Treo600. OS argumments aside, it's the best smartphone hardware available.
