So I dropped my closed phone on a set of concrete steps Friday night. I picked it up and it was still on, and all seemed fine. However, yesterday morning I got up to find it was off. It wouldn't turn on unless it was plugged into the wall. It works fine as long as it's plugged in. Is it possible that when I dropped it that the three prongs that the battery attaches to shifted slightly and it's not getting good contact? Is there going to be something else wrong? I've had the battery in and on charge since yesterday at around 3:00, and the battery indicator bar is still showing it as charging. At least I have insurance through Alltel on it. Any ideas?
