I give up on 2003. Does anyone know how I can reload 2002? I tried to run the "old" update I had saved from the update "to" 2002 and it will not work. Always says the device is not connected. I also saved the 2002 when I was installing 2003 I just do not kno how to reinstall it. Thanks for the help
