The new phone has problems out of the box. It'll work for about 20 minutes than die. Full battery and all. I was able to upgrade to 2003 without problems, but it didn't solve the issue.

This is getting pretty annoying. Didn't have any real issues with my phone before my first attempt at an upgrade. Now, I'm going to be getting a 3rd phone.

I've become an expert at aligning my screen.
