Hi all,
Thanks to the previous post.I too just spoke with T-Mobile. They confirmed the site & the upgrade. They explained the upgrade was actually ok & it was the link that had problems. That's the reason for the new site.I asked the Teir 2 representive about the reported bugs. He said he was not aware of any bugs. He did say if it bombs out during upgrade it will corrupt the PC's memory.He also said make sure you have the most current active sync downloaded.I asked him about the aforementioned hard reset. He said the upgrade preforms the reset as part of the process. I still think I will wait a few more days. Good luck to all.
