Sorry all, it seems I've lost my template...
I'll see what I can do to recreate it, or dig through my many cd's of backups and see if I can remember what I called it and find it.
I haven't done much skinning lately, or for that matter within the last year, so not sure how much I can assist going forward.
I just lost interest as people took my work and distributed it as theirs, or without credit... Removing my readme.txt or whatever. Thankfully I watermark everything.
But the hassle isn't worth it. I don't charge for it, so nothing lost...
It's not hard really, just look at the files, lay them out in Photoshop or Fireworks, create named slices in the program, use layers to create your new skin and then export the slices. Copy them to your phone and you are done.
