Just in case you didn't know, when you are IR hotsyncing with your laptop, the way you start the hotsync once you have your IR port turned on and hotsync manager running on your laptop is to tap the big hotsync graphic in the hotsync manager on your 6035. I know it may sound obvious, but it took me a bit to figure out that's how you start it, since with the cradle I always just hit the little button.
