After programming a whole bunch of speed and voice dial names, I turned the phone on today and they're all goine. They seemed to work fine for a couple of days, then poof! The phone hasn't crashed and hasn't been reset. Anyone else seen this behavior? Very frustrating waste of time. Any way to back these up somewhere?
