But before doing that, find a competent sales associate at your local Verizon store, not a reseller, the retail store only. Competent is the key, because I had to talk to three people to find one with any intelligence. Most are not techy and don't have a clue. I got a rep who knew what was going on and he activate my 7135 over the phone. Where ever there is a Verizon, the 7135 can be activate... don't believe anything less. The phone is not available in my State, but I got it and it is activated.
