No, I'm currently connecting right from VersaMail to the IMAP server, so everything is plaintext. Yeah, I'm really quite weary of the security consequences, but I've mitigated that a bit by NOT having my shell login the same as the email account. However, passwords and data is still plaintext, and I'm very weary of it. I'm bugging Palm every week or so about adding IMAP SSL support  __________________
