Wow, cool. I'll check this out first thing tomorrow. I was wondering about that... you know when you've been in this industry for so long sometimes you think you know so much you don't have to read the manuals, but sometimes you do.
So in essence. The headset is in my ear, but I have it "off" or "standby mode" I guess (in an effort to conserve battery life) I hear my phone ring. I press my phone key on the headset. It activates (I near hear some noise) I then press it again and it will answer the phone.
Am I understanding this right? Part of my issues to date is that in order to conserve battery (only about two hours in "live" mode) which is where my 6035 is sitting in it's cradle, a call comes in, and I hear the voice in my ear asking me if I want to answer.
If I don't have it in "live" mode what happens is I hear my phone ring, I tap the phone button on the headset to activate it, but then I have to run over to the phone and press the answer key to answer the call since the little voice response system won't activate unless it's activated when the call comes in.
