You can use all PALM applications while on the phone, and the screen is touch sensitive. There are a couple of applications specifcally having to do with controlling the phone which do not have touch sensitive components. They require the scroll and OK buttons to navigate. If you touch the screen while one of htese applications is running, you will get the error message telling you to use the scroll and OK buttons. That's it. No mystery, no problem.....
