He didn't mean that the 7135 will be able to run OS 5, he meant that because it runs OS 4.1, lots of apps are available. And, because OS 5 may never displace OS 4.1 in the general market (i.e. what developers target), the 7135 will continue to run most new apps developed for Palms.
