I just purchased this great palm/phone combo. I bought it at my local Sprint PCS store nearby. I called ahead and ask them to charge my phone so that it would be ready to go when I got there. Well low and behold when I they handed me my new phone it had this terrible border around the screen. I told the salesperson, that there was something wrong with the screen. The salesperson, said that they all look like that.....I walked over to a demo model they had on display in the showroom, turned it on...gee no border on this unit I declared...I want a different unit!!I told my salesperson...After a little bit of discussion in the back room, I suppose with the boss or technician. They returned with another new phone..gee no border on this one.. Needless to say I opt for the equipment insurance plan.. I hope my screen stays OK. Don't except this screen as normal...It is not!
